PHASE 1: PLAN & BUILD
We start with the interior architectural changes. Our team provides drawings and/or prints and interface with architect, contractor, and/or engineer.
PHASE 2: COLOR PALETTE, FINISHES, & FIXTURES
This phase is all about the finishes colors, textures, wall treatments, flooring, cabinetry and fixtures. At this stage we are building the final picture putting together pieces of the puzzle. This is where you will begin to see how our creativity is expressed and begin to visualize your new home, more clearly.
PHASE 3: FURNITURE & DECOR
The final phase is the selection of floor coverings, furnishings, fabrics, window treatments, wallcoverings, artwork and accessories. We will work together to select all items for your interior and exterior spaces. You will receive floor plans, furniture lay-outs and elevations (where specified). You may also receive various tear sheets during this phase.
